Just a few years ago it was unthinkable that the Gilbert High School Soccer Program could ever be mentioned in the same sentence with top programs such as Irmo and Wando. Well a few years have passed and on Wednesday, May 4 the Gilbert Boys Soccer Program found its way into the same sentence with Irmo and Wando as all 3 reached 20 wins on the same night. For Irmo and Wando the 20 wins reassure their programs that they are still at the top but for our Varsity Indians it has been in the works for the past 4 seasons and now the Indians will take a few hours to let the great feeling of a 20 win season sink in before beginning playoff preparations on May 5.
