JV Indians Leave It All On The Field In a Valiant Effort Against Hammond

A defensive miscue gave Hammond a great scoring opportunity that they cashed in on to take a 1-0 lead 10 minutes into a tightly contested 2nd half of soccer. The JV Indians turned up the heat and created some opportunities of their own only to have the final whistle blow before they could get the equalizer. Though the loss was heart breaking for this team, the JV Indians made it a very exciting match right down to the final seconds. With the work ethic of these boys the future looks bright for Gilbert Soccer.
